1. Conditions and Scope

a) All deliveries and services are carried out exclusively on the basis of these terms and conditions. These apply to all agreed with us
Business services even without our subsequently pointing this out. Counter-confirmations by the buyer with reference to his AGB is hereby contradicted.

b) Deviations from our terms and conditions are only valid if they are confirmed by us in writing.

 

2. Offer and conclusion of contract

c) An order must be submitted to us in writing. This can be by letter or email. 

d) When ordering in our online shop, you will receive an order confirmation from us: 

    when ordering by letter there is no confirmation.

e) With your order, you give us a binding order and accept our terms and conditions.

 

3. Prices

a) Unless otherwise agreed, the prices are in EURO plus shipping costs

Disclosure of value added tax according to § 19 UStG.

b) Specified prices can be changed by us later if suppliers and manufacturers change the prices.

c) We ship our products from a Minimum order value of € 5.00.

4. Terms of Payment

a) The delivery takes place in advance as a bank transfer or via PayPal.

b) The bank details will be sent with the order confirmation. Foreign transfers must be made in EURO and free of charge. All foreign fees are to be borne by the customer.

c) If amounts collected by direct debit from us are not available (coverage not available), the customer shall bear the full bank and processing costs incurred.

d) Unless otherwise noted on the invoices, payments are due immediately without deduction.    

 

5. Passing of Risk

The risk passes to the buyer when TRUCKDECALS dispatches the goods.

 

6. Delivery times

Delivery is within 10up to 21 days after receipt of payment (advance payment and PayPal) on the biller's account.

 

7. Return Policy

a) We guarantee a right of return within 14 days for unused and undamaged goods (original packaging).

The return period is maintained by sending the goods on time. The return will only be accepted by us with sufficient postage.

 

8. Production and commissioned work

a) Templates that are made available to us are binding for us.

If these templates are incorrect, we are not liable for incorrectly manufactured products of any kind.

b) We only accept orders for production by letter or email.

c) We do not market manufactured products unless this has been agreed with the customer.

d) The customer is liable for production and commissioned work. If permits, licenses or patents are required, the customer is responsible for this.

We are not liable for legal and liability claims that are asserted due to missing permits, licenses or patents.

e) Delivery dates are non-binding and only valid if they are confirmed in writing by TRUCKDECALS.

 

9. Resale

a) Any resale of the products created by TRUCKDECALS is prohibited unless written permission has been obtained.

b) Other manufactured decals are excluded from this.

 

10. Notification of Defects

a) Defects in our products must be reported in writing within 2 weeks of the invoice date.

b) Minor deviations in color and design are no reason for a complaint.  

c) We do not provide any guarantee for products purchased from third parties.

 

11. Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain our property until full payment.

 

12. Jurisdiction

Place of performance and place of jurisdiction for both parties is Lübeck.

It is only the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.

 

13. Data Storage

In accordance with Section 28 of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), we draw your attention to the fact that the data required for the transaction is processed and stored using an EDP system in accordance with Section 33 BDSG.

Personal data will be treated confidentially.
